As in many musical short films from the urban Chinese world, n-Naos shoots pieces of lives from seaside areas with its electronic devices : an inland woman that lets herself go into the promises of a Taiwanese tradesman, a miner lost among the state owned enterprises' breakdowns, a prostitute preventing her young sister from reaching the city. These characters are taken from the Chinese daily news inbrief to inspire n-Naos' songs.
